Todos los premios de la Lotera de Navidad se pueden cobrar desde la misma tarde del sorteo, es decir, desde el mismo 22 de diciembre. Una vez que se publique la lista oficial de premios, se abre el proceso de canjeo de los premios, algo que suele ocurrir sobre las 18:00h. Eso s, los premios de la Lotera de Navidad tambin tienen fecha de caducidad: pueden cobrarse durante un plazo de tres meses, por lo que el ltimo da para cambiar el boleto por su correspondiente premio es el 22 de marzo de 2024.

A diferencia de otros aos, este ao es un poco 'ms' complicado cobrar los premios de la Lotera de Navidad. La razn: Loteras y Apuestas del Estado ha reducido la lista de entidades bancarias colaboradoras a travs de las cuales se puede canjear el dcimo por el dinero. Para este sorteo, slo se podrn cobrar los premios en dos bancos: Caixa Bank y BBVA. Eso s, al banco slo hay que ir para premios que superen los 2.000 euros; los premios de menos de esta cantidad se pueden cobrar en las administraciones de Lotera.
