Form Builder Add on for Xindi

Just thought you all might like to check out the form builder I've been working on for Xindi. I had a client that wanted a standalone form builder they could use similar to Google Forms, but that we could customize for our own needs. In particular, she had some really long forms, so we wanted to be able to make multi-page tabbed forms, and also find a way to persist anything her clients entered in the form if they wanted to come back later to complete it. So these are some of the things this form builder will do, when it's fully completed I think it will be one of the most complete form builders available in CF. What I've checked into GitHub is about 90% complete, the form creation module is pretty much done and users can submit forms, etc. Main thing that still needs to be done is the form validation stuff, and some other admin features my client wants. Oh, and all the tests, I'm bad about getting tests written! So if anyone would like to help, it's taken me almost a year to get this much done at the rate I am able to find free time to work on it! But I would love thoughts and ideas for improvements as well. Github is here:

Uses the default Xindi login right now. 

I just ask that you not make changes to the large behavioral form since that is there for my client to be testing and adding her own changes to, but you are welcome to play around with the other form and/or add any new ones.
