Venelin Kotsev of Ontotext diagnosed this: Looking at the errors shown in your screenshots:
- ULANOut_Full.nt : I've downloaded the zip file and tried to import it with GraphDB 6.6.0 and it completed without errors. Also line mentioned in that NT file seems OK. Probably the problem is somewhere else. Can you send us GraphDB logs (zip the logs folder) so we can analyze them further. Logs are typically saved at: (Windows) %USER_HOME%\.aduna\openrdf-sesame\logs.
- viaf-20151202-clusters-drdf.nt - error says there is a white space in the URI. GraphDB 6.6.0 uses a stricter NT parser which has detected that error. We would advise you to correct the .nt file. Another option which we do not recommend is to disable the strict checks for white spaces in our NT parser (by using the option -Dcom.ontotext.rio.dissallowwhitespaceinuri=false) but have in mind that future versions will have that strict checking too.

Vassil Momtchev of Ontotext: Using unescaped spaces in URIs is really a very bad practice. Even if you parse somehow these URI/IRIs you won't be able to effectively query them with SPARQL. In other words you will shift the problem to the application developer. Probably the best and long term solution is to speak with the author of the RDF files to fix them.
Nabeel, can you provide any more info about
ULANOut_Full.nt as asked above?
