If anybody needs that, please let me know - I could make it available on public server with static url.
IP above is dynamic, provider changes it approximately once a week, I will update it for a while.

after receiving of positive feedback I have deployed application on Shiny free server.
It is now available (25h of activity per month) by url https://v1st.shinyapps.io/ulan-web/
