    4. Read outloud (to help increase focus)

    5. Aim to achieve focus blocks of time

    6. Use ruler or stylus to keep place while reading

    2. Dopamine can expire focusing too much on the one thing that's great

    3. Focus on the strengths discovered during the weekly review process

      1. use completing the WR as time to ‘pat yourself on the back’

      2. don’t measure day by what we didn’t get done

  4. Where and how to begin with people who refuse to do an initial brain dump?

    1. Sell the brain dump checklist as part of the package of learning GTD

    2. Chunking the dump to smaller; prepping what are the inputs they need (prompting)

    3. Plan of day trip with GTD like things planning a vacation

    4. Goal → project → next action

  5. How to plug into groups or cohorts to gain accountability

    1. As a student utilize your academic advisor to get paired with another student

  • GTD as an action management system that we bring closer to doability; turn ideas your repelled by understanding resources necessary to make it executable

  • Your brain power is 100% reserved for the moment (Fully present) not thinking of lil things here and there aka GTD

  • Committing to intentional living aka GTD (ensure you know what that means for you)
