Checklists to set up being prepared
Remember what tools/actions conducted in the past that brought success to the course and document
Divide and conquer the set up into manageable pieces
Book: The Unscheduled Decide on when you are going to work on the actual class vs planning & preparing
Topic: Contexts; feel it's helpful to drill down the list of actions but need helping deciphering how to filter
Ray’s definition; an efficiency model; example; calls/emails; groupings
Gathering things under this model
Can cluster things based on project vs pure context list
Using todoist ‘labels’ have context setup but find that rarely use them
