The Hash Christmas Night-2008 on 12th December, 2008 and The Bike Hash
on 14th December, 2008
Christmas hash bash:
The event will be hosted on the sprawling lawns at the Evoma Hotel on
Friday the 12th of December, 2008, 8PM to midnight.

Come dressed in Black n' Red - our dress code for the evening – and
be ready to party real hard...An exciting Rock & Retro Live Band -
HAVEN will be in attendance for the evening playing some classic rock,
retro & pop. Besides plenty of recorded dance music to fill the breaks
for a non-stop swinging time.
A war of the Hash DJ's is being planned where two 15 min slots will be
offered to 4 hash DJ's to showcase their playlists, with prizes to be
won for the most popular selection and the DJ who fills the dance
floor to its capacity.... (If you wish to be one of the participating
DJs, please mail us and let us know.)
Horrors will not be allowed for this event.
Evoma Hotel is on Old Madras Road, about 4 Kms from the KR Puram
suspension bridge. Driving out of Bangalore, you will find it on the
left side of the road past the Garden City College. The address is-

We strongly recommend that you plan your travel for the evening and
either appoint designated drivers in advance, or car pool with someone
who has a driver or use pubic transport ( Meru and Easy cabs offer
very good service if booked 24 hours in advance). If you either need a
ride or can offer a ride, please do write to us before December 7th
with details of no of persons and your address.
Christmas bike hash at 10A.M. to ride at 10.30 A.M. on
14th December:
The popular bike hash is back…..though there will also be a runners
and walkers trail for the die hards. Detailed directions for this
event will be sent separately. We have managed to arrange 50 bikes
thanks to the support of Firefox. However, we recommend that those who
possess bikes bring their own.
The bike hash will be followed by a very special Christmas lunch – the
menu for this has been specially chosen by some true foodies from our
Hash. This will be followed by games, and then the reindeers will fly
down Santa with gifts for the Horrors - so bring them kids along!!
Registration:
Booking for both events is now open at the following rates:
Hashers: Rs 750 Harriettes: Rs 650
Registrations after the 10th of December, 2008 will be:
Hashers: Rs 900 Harriettes: Rs 800
Bike hash alone till 7th December:
Hashers: Rs 300 Horrors : Rs 200
After 10th December, the rates will be Rs 400 for Hashers and Rs 300
for Horrors
Party alone (open only for spouses of regular hashers) – Rs 550 till
10th December and Rs 700 thereafter
Annual subscribers will get Rs 100 off on above rates
NO walk-in registrations please...bookings close on 11th December,
2008 3PM
The registrations will cover the following for those who are attending
both events:
· Buffet dinner and party at Evoma (An exclusive bar counter
offering beer and alcohol at nominal prices will be set up)
· Bike hash / run followed by a fantastic Christmas lunch on
14th
· Bikes for the first 50 hashers who request for bikes
· T-shirts for all those who come for the Bike Hash
· Santa and gifts for horrors.
Registration is essential – while registering, please indicate the
following
· Party plus bike Hash / Bike hash only / Party only ( for
regular hasher spouses only)
· Age and sex of the horrors for bike hash
· Whether you need a cycle or not
· Whether you are cycling or running/walking
