New Discussion Forum

In an effort to create a more usable combined community, we're going to be pushing everyone to start using a new Discourse-powered discussion forum:

https://forum.sentry.io/

We will start aggressively directing GitHub help/feature requests there, as well as deprecating the Google Groups forum. Additionally we'll be proactively discussing our roadmap using the new forum, and I would encourage everyone to participate where they find interest.
