command line options to add a new project

Thanks for Sentry, it's a fantastic software.

1) Is there a way to create a project using the command line? Will be very interesting something like: sentry addproject test_project ......

2) Is there a way to store the pidfile for the running process in a file (/var/run/sentry/sentry.pid)?
