Getscores content warning

There are a couple characters that you can not put in things like club names
when setting up to post scores to getscores.org.

Specifically these will prevent your post from getting accepted: &<>"'

Please avoid them in any text you can enter such as club names, operators,
locations, etc. for now, I'll see about pre-processing the xml to get those
through the validation later.
