The Test Architect is responsible for providing consultative expert-level Subject Matter Expertise, management, and oversight to selected customers and prospects across the testing domain .The Test Architect is responsible for defining the best test approach and value                                                                               

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Organize and run workshops with Amdocs,key customers and project initiatives that focus on developing long-term partnerships
• Define, review and recommend on Test Strategies and environment architecture based on the business and   operational requirements
• Involvement in customer engagements and provides customer facing organizations with necessary technical service support in making presentations, demos, pocs, etc. Also, receives and analyzes existing customer feedback to identify gaps as well as work with deployment / sustaining organizations as needed.
• Acts as a liaison with customers and partners while ensuring Test strategy is aligned appropriately
• Proactively influence the product / technology direction using feedback from the customers and by analyzing competitive products/services  and technologies and makes appropriate suggestions (may use demos, pocs) to influence .
• Collaborate with multiple teams in business and technology to devise Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Design, and Automation to build testability and quality into products                                           

Competências e experiência desejadas 

• 7+ years of software testing experience
• 5+ years of direct communications service provider experience (working either for or directly at customer organizations)
• Experience creating test plans
• Experience with test environment and data management.
• Experience with automated tools including Test Management, Test Data Management, Defect Tracking
• Able to create and deliver effective materials (e.g. power point, white papers, etc..) to influence and sell solutions to our customers
• Correctly estimates business risks and  work independently with general instructions
