Classifieds?

I have a use case where I need people to be able to buy classifieds on a site.  They log in, buy a classified ad, and then are allowed to post the ad.  Has this been implemented or does the functionality exist with Plone GetPaid?  I'd be using it on a Plone 4 website.

I implemented this for a similar site. I haven't yet gone live as
motivation dropped, but the code is there. Don't know how it works
against current getpaid as I haven't touched it in the last year.
