When our niece Faith,made her First Holy Communion at age 11,her parish considered the communion dress as an extension of the baptism gown the girls were baptized in as infants,so her and all of the girls in her class had to wear an under shirt with a cloth diaper and plastic pants[rubberpants] under their required white tights to symbolize the purity of their baptisms!Her diaper was pinned on her with diaper pins and she had a pair of toddler extra large size plastic pants over it that were bulging out under her tights.
