Embed a PHP page as the Header

[WWA District Five ARES]

Greetings,

I am using a simple template for our site. I would like to reuse the
PHP page that generates a dynamic header with random images. This is
non-Flash and just refreshes every 3 minutes via the META-REFRESH
feature and outputs 4 new random pictures. The URL of the header is
http://www.piercecountyaresraces.org/header.php - hit refresh and
you'll see what it does.

I really like the templates I'm seeing here, but I just want to figure
out how to put my PHP page as an IFRAME or whatever as the Header on
the Google Site.

Any ideas?
