Different times from Timeline and from Execution tab

Hi all,

I am confused.

HUD Request section lists loading time as 2076 ms. 

Wire 81 ms

Server 495 ms

Client portion (Total time once client kicks in to dom ready) is 1500 ms.

Google insights tells me server response time is about 1.1 second. But Glimpse tells it is about 500 ms 

So how to optimize Client portion?

Which tool to trust?

Also,

I checked with my iPhone 4s and Client portion (Total time once client kicks in to dom ready) is 34000 ms.

Is something wrong with my mobile phone or website? :)

How to debug and optimize that?
