Failed to install plugin

I am trying to install plugin and it fails. I am behind the proxy.

C:\Test\gauge>gauge --init java

15:36:29.865 [INFO] Compatible java plugin is not installed

15:36:29.866 [INFO] Installing plugin => java ...

15:36:50.910 [CRITICAL] Failed to initialize. Failed to install plugin java . Invalid plugin : Could not download java-i

nstall.json file. Failed to resolve host.

You can try an offline install by downloading the latest plugin distributable.

Offline install should solve your problem. Alternatively, you can even try setting the HTTP_PROXY environment variable as described here before installing the plugin. This issue has more details.

Can you please check if you are connected to the internet? If you are using a proxy, please configure the proxy before retrying.
