Transport Error : Address already in use

I keep getting this error whenever I am trying to execute specs.

ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use

JDWP exit error AGENT_ERROR_TRANSPORT_INIT(197): No transports initialized [../../../src/share/back/debugInit.c:750]

It seems like an orphaned gauge-Java process is running on your system in debug mode. Could you check the running processes on your system and kill the Java process that gauge starts.
