How to add users to barkeep

Hi,
I have installed barkeep, but I cannot figure out how to add users on the web gui.
I am logged in as an admin and can see that they can be deleted and the permission can be modified (Admin / manage users), but I cannot see how I could add/change existing ones ...
Am I missing something?
