Please help me

I am Wigmore S. Nuñez , 19 of age , I am from Philippines Zamboanga
City del sur , I dont have already a parents , they already past
away , since i was 12 yrs. Of age my father past away because of the
cardiac arest ,
My father is a Lt. Col. At NAPOLCOM
Then after 3 yrs. My mother past away too because of being over
dipressed . I was at age of 15 yrs old when both of them are gone and
left me alone, when the time come's that i already needed a LEGAL
GUARDIAN because i was minor age at that time - year 2005 , then after
that i was decided to choosed the bestfriend of my mom since
highschool , because i trusted her too much, later on when the year
2007 come's i was already decided to claim the money / benefits of my
parents when i will reach the age of majority , when the year 2008
come's , i already reach the age of majority and decided to live with
my own , then to claim the money / benefits of my parents, i was
decided to do it, i already terminated her as a guardian , so
therefore i can claim the money / benefits of my parents
automatically , right?
Now... My problem is she is not returning / giving me back the money
of my parents that what i am claiming for, i did not expect this to
her :(
I dont know what to do or to whom i will run for to ask a help, can
someone help me? I really dont know what to do . Please can someone
help me in my situation? Please :(
This is unfair, i am a victim of an LEGAL GUARDIAN . She is n0t
returning me back the m0ney of my parents . Please help! :(
