Inside-Washington, Downloading Loer Quality?

Well, there seems an odd mystery, which I hope some1 can please solve. When
playing epesodes of this series in windows with a fast connection, it plays in
hifi, but when downloading in gfv in Linux, I get essentially liniar VHS
quality, maybe 5.5KHZ. Are these quality differences caused by Brightcov or
rtmpdump? Anyway, here is an output-and-thanks in advance for analysing. As I
would love to grab all of these with great audio, especially as I am totally
blind.
