Couldn't extract Flash movie URL. This site may need specific support
adding,
or fixing.
Please confirm the site is using Flash video and if you have Flash available
check that the URL really works(!).
Check for updates by running: /usr/bin/get_flash_videos --update
If the latest version does not support this please open a bug (or
contribute a patch!) at http://code.google.com/p/get-flash-videos/ make sure you include the output with --debug enabled.
Couldn't download any videos.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Later versions now display a plugin version for ITV the latest is 0.04,
your using a version that doesn't support the ITV change over. You don't
say which OS version. There might be a later version for your OS. If not
try the download files or fetching the git version.
I used OpenBSD amd64 current for the above download. I use get_flash_videos
to download from ITV frequently and haven't seen any problems recently.

That's nearly there, possible rtmpdump hasn't been installed, it's an old
version which fails, or not on search path. You should be able to cut and
paste the rtmpdump command on the command line to run it.
First try entering rtmpdump on the command line, that should give the
version,
