Searching for settings

I must admit, I am not too sure what this means.
It appears they are groupings or sub-menus inside the Android "Settings" app?
If I search for the letters SETTINGS, I get several of them with very familiar titles, but with 3 "Call Settings".
I found an object with the "Settings" icon called "Testing"
Now I may have created that (don't remember), but if so, I can not re-discover how.
Or is it some left-over developer test (Can anyone else see it? - Search for TEST)
Am I the only one who finds this confusing?
