Contact list is not searchable

Hello Yang - I had old HTC phone 2.1.4 on which GS worked just heavens. Recently I switched on Nexus 4 and it doesn't search my contact any more.

Did you guys remove/ changed that functionality of searchable contacts or something.

Is there anything I need to do as a setting on my new phone. Pls guide.
