Booth setup. Seeking help!

We did not set up the booth today as there weren't any stuff for us to put up.
Anyway our booth is outside LT1 and we are directly in front of the PPT.
Basically there is a table and there is a board.
The board would be for us to put the poster, which xingwen will bring
on Tuesday and we do have some space maybe to put some other stuff.

But I was thinking perhaps we should really minimize the amt of waste,
esp the usage of paper. So maybe we just do a "commongreen venture"
title thingy and put it up on board will do.

So, as for the intro of Semakau, the photos, the blog stuff, we can
let it run on laptop.

Therefore, we can run the Semakau video, and also the photo slideshow
which we previously had already run at CSS, and then I will do one
print screen slide shows on the blog.

Now, can anyone help bring down speakers, so that its loud enough for
the video to be heard and can 1 of the people who is mending the booth
let us use his/her laptop for the day? Perhaps someone who can stay
until the booth thing ends.

So, we need:
1. Laptop X 1 from 1030 to end of the exhibiton
2. Speakers X 1
3. If there are any brochure of Semakau which can let pple take home,
do bring it too.

We will be at our booth Tues 1230 - 1430 to test the stuff and put up poster.

It's the last part le, offer ur last help! hahahaha

Anyway OMY will hand us their standup poster thing too and they may
sponsor some gifts. However, all these I can only bring it down on
Wednesday.
So, I will also prepare some question giveaways if there are gifts.

hey i can offer my lappie from 130pm - 4pm.
would need to use it before that.

so if u cant find a laptop that can runs from 1030 am till the end, another alternative will be to have one from 1030 to 130, and thn my laptop will take over from there.
