I have NOT yet receives Gantt Charts from:

2. Dorcas
3. Hui Ran
4. Geok Lan
5. Ruiwen
6. Howie
7. Liyan
8. Xing Wen
(If you've sent it to me, I apologise, let me know and I'll search my
inbox again.)

For those who have already submitted but would like to update it (say,
with stuff that happened in Dec or Jan), please email me and tell me
what happened.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME A NEW SPREADSHEET.

Just a reminder, we are meeting this Thursday to look through the
presentation and discuss what to do for Service Learning Day.

Finally, you are welcome to email reflections to me or thumb them to
me on Thursday. I can consoliate them and pass them to Anne Marie.
Alternatively, if your reflections are more personal and you'd rather
pass them to Anne Marie personally on Feb 3, that's fine too.

Hi guys!

Thanks for sending me the Gantt charts and attending yesterday's meeting.

We are presenting to Anne-Marie on Wednesday 3 Feb.
REFLECTIONS ARE DUE THEN.

Weiheng, please check time and place with her. After that, we will
begin work on the poster.
Xingwen, please update us on quotations.

If we cannot finsh, we can continue on Thursday 4 Feb at TR32.

Monday 8 Feb: Setup poster at 4pm. Huiran and Howie in charge.
Tuesday 9 Feb: Vetting by Anne Marie. Will confirm time with her.
Wednesday 10 Feb: Service Learning Day.
10:30-12:30 Attendance is compulsory (sort of).
12:30-1:30 Esther, Michelle, Xingwen
1:30-2:30 Zhiyi, Weiheng, Liyan
2:30-3:30 BL, Su Hui (are you burning down the practicum office?), Xiu Lan
3:30-4: Esther, Geok Lan, Shu Wei
