The prog team will work on pending matters such as wet weather plan and logistics.

Hi Phea, 

Thank you for coming up with the booklet! It looks great!! Hmm.. I have only thing I need to clarify.. Hmm..I am just wondering whether for the ground rules portion, should we set the ground rules together with them? Cos I rem Ting Ching mentioned that it would be good if we work with the girls and let them craft the ground rules and their expectations for themselves and their friends on the actual event day.

Do share what you guys think?

as for e prizes I will be getting them by today so that we can give it to the girls on Friday. Budget is approximately $10 per girl as discussed and they will get a water bottle & towel.

Thanks for designing the booklet. It is very attractive. I am thinking shall we put some guided questions or key words (for the part, "I played as...") to help the girls to express themselves better?

Hi all, 

Dara just sent me an email and requested the pre-activity to be longer, that is till 4.30pm. Also,she wanted to double confirm that we have arranged the transportation on behalf of their girls and staffs. She also updated that there will be 7 girls taking part instead of 8 girls but she didn't tell us who is not attending.

My concern is do we want to come out with another programme or extend the time allocated for current activities. Please let me know. Thank you.

Hi all,

Just to make myself clearer... The suggested timing for pre-activity is 1 to 4.30pm, that is 50 minutes longer than our planned activity.

Also, Dara asked whether the activity on the actual day itself is from 8am to 5.30pm. I'll tell her that we will be ending the activity at MOE Labrador Adventure Center at 5.30pm and reaching Dayspring at 6pm. we will be having debrief and at Dayspring after that,so will be staying at Dayspring till 8pm.

So, add on to the Sunday activity programme. docx as attached by Avni,

1730-1800 Back to Dayspring

1800-1900 Dinner

1900-2000 Debrief

2000.          Dismissal

Programme team is this ok? Let me know as I need to reply Dara asap.

Also, tomorrow I need to leave after the camp, so I am proposing we have the briefing for the actual day camp to Phea before the pre-activity. Are you alright?

I think it looks ok to me cos we do need to stretch it to 8pm including briefing etc. As for pre-activity, I believe the programme dept has added some games on that day itself so that it will extend till 4.30pm.

I'm ok with the briefing before the pre activity but we do need to ensure we complete the board first. If the briefing needs to be done aft the pre activity, then no worries we will update you.

Good luck everyone, you have done an amazing job.

Keep me posted on all of the events as I will be in Australia for a conference.

Make sure to document the events as best as you can and take photos.

Someone should write a wrap up when all events are completed.

Hi Girls and Guy, 

Thank you so much for all your effort and enthusiasm you guys showed during the whole programme today! It was awesome! :) I hope that all of you got to know the girls and each other a little better now( i found out quite interesting things about you guys just now!) . :)

Just a couple of reminders for the actual day (2nd Dec 2012, Sunday): 

1) Shiyin and Jiaqi will be going to DS to receive the girls from the centre to MOE at 745am. The rest are to head straight to MOE Labrador Adventure Site directly ( Nearest MRT station is Pasir Panjang.) and arrive at 8am. If you have any problems finding the location, you can contact Jenny, Peishuan, Marlina, Phea or me. 

2) Attire for that day: Please wear either a red or pink shirt and long or 3/4 pants. You will also have to wear covered shoes. Kindly bring along a water bottle also.

3) Notes for souvenir: Please ensure that you write your notes for the girls. We will try to squeeze in all 16 notes for each girl. Please keep your msg to less than 30 words. We need this to be completed by Sunday morning when we meet up. 

4) Please familiarize yourself with the programme as well as the questions that Phea have given to us just now. This will help us to find out more about how the girls feel about our programme and it'd aid us in our reflection upon completion of our GESL project.

5) Naz, Phoebe and Jiaqi, please ensure that the food and transport companies are clear about the delivery and location etc. Also, Naz, the dinner delivery timing needs to be changed so that it is a little later as per discussed with the staff cos there might not be anyone at DS facility.
