IMPT! Re: Time slot for Service Learning (gesl-beyondinfinity@googlegroups.com)

Hi all,

I did some calculations.

We have 15 time slots of 30 mins each, from 10am to 530pm. Thus a total of 45 30mins slots. 

We have 16 people, so each time slot, try to just have max 3 people. So everyone have to do 3 30 mins slots.

If there is 4 people in each slot, then we would need to do more slots. 

Is that alright with everyone?

Please fill up the schedule by Thursday.

Hi All,

Of all days, we have Service Learning day on Wednesday. I can only make it from 1030 to 1130 (without changing to a fresh set of clothes and giving up my only break). Anyway, are we allowed to skip lessons? If not, I can only commit to 2 of 30 mins.

 we have no one taking the slots from 2.00 pm to 3.30pm, and 5pm to 5.30pm. Please try to fill up the slots asap. Just a reminder, this Wednesday we will be designing the poster, so please bring the materials that you think that are suitable or will be useful in designing the poster.

 We still have the 2.00pm to 3pm slot empty. Can anyone help up? Syaz and I need to sort out the timetable by this Friday. If there is still empty slots, we might have no choice but to allocate some people to do it.

I was just wondering. When they set apart this date as a Service Learning day, does NIE expect us to skip lesson in order to attend to our station? I am very disappointed with this whole thing.
