Service Learning Day

Hi everyone,

This is pertaining to the Service Learning day on the 6th February. Please remember to sign up for your slots in the google doc that jenny has set up (thanks jenny! :)) by thursday night  (24/1/2013). We have been assigned a panel outside LT1. The size of the panel allocated is L= 1m and H= 2.4m.

We will be using the similar sized boards that we used for NIE runway. The boards should be black so that it's easier to match with any colours.

Also, We do not have to select pictures as our SWEET  Avni is going to select pictures and edit it for us so that we can just put it up on the day itself. 

Please take note of the following dates:

30th January 2013: We are meeting to collate all our resources for the service learning day during our usual meeting time slot at 1030-1130. We should complete the boards by this date.

5th February 2013: We will meet at 1.30pm to put up the boards. It should be very fast! :) 

6th Februrary: Service Learning Day.

8th Feburary : Project Report submission
