Rate: $120K - $135K
Description: 1)      Work with the onsite team on design and Architecture of the product and components – 20% 
2)      Participate in estimation meeting to assign story points to backlog items – 10% 
3)      Work as team lead capacity to manage a portion of a large project or small projects independently – 20% 
4)      Co-ordinate with offshore team to help them in delivering projects , works as onsite point of contact for technical and requirement related impediments – 15% 
5)      Help offshore team to get through requirement by coordinating with onsite scrum master/ Product owner/ Business analyst or subject matter experts – 15% 
6)      Participate in design and  code reviews – 20% 
  
Skills required: 
  
1)      Strong Java/J2EE, System design and architecture skills 
2)      experience with JAVA, Python (Not mandatory), Spring, Hibernate and other JAVA technologies/frameworks 
3)      experience working with Agile and Scrum Methodology 
4)      Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills 
5)      Experience in coordinating/managing offshore teams 
6)      Willing to go the extra mile to make things happen 
7)      Experience managing issues list and prioritizing issues for self and team 
8)      Experience dealing with multiple Client Contacts and excellent collaboration skills 
9)      Should be Strong on algorithms 
10)   8 years + of experience
