Please clarify the following:-

1.The expenditure of Rs.43,174/- includes salaries of 3 sweepers,Devender and Venkanna-then what is this amount of Rs.5000/-paid to Venkanna for Gardening.

2.Earlier statements show that Rs.10000/-paid as advance.But later recovery of advance amount is not shown in the statements-
