Dear All.

Monthly MC meeting will be held on 13.05.2018 (Sunday) at 10 AM at GE Park . Request you all to attend the Meeting. 

Agenda:

1. Introduction of Advisory Committee Members.

2. Distribution of monthly maintenance charges collection responsibility among EC members.

3. Speed breakers to be made in the colony.

4. Three barricades to be bought.

5. CC Cameras update and access to its link.

6. Change of Security agency and proposal to increase security guards.

7. Sweepers to be increased.

8. No smoking, No littering and Harvesting boards to be installed.

9. Gate to be installed at the lane opposite to MVK Oaks building. All Gates to be painted and information boards to be fixed. Cement plastering works to be carried out to the walls attached to all gates.

10. Any other relevant discussions.
