Minutes of Meetings

Election to be held on April 29^th 2018 for the following position in GERWA.

1. President - 1

2. Vice President - 1

3. Secretary -1

4. Joint Secretary -1

5. Treasurer - 1

6. EC members- 4

 

·         Filing of the nominations on 26^th and 27^th April 2018 between 8.00 AM and 11.00 AM and between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm

·         Withdrawal of nomination on 28^th April 2018 between 8.00 AM and 12.00 PM.

·         AGM meeting will be held on 29^th April 2018 between 9.00 AM and 10:00 AM followed by voting.

·         As per the bye laws, the buildings that clear its dues will entitle its representatives to participate in the election process. (i.e., voting and contesting). Hence, clear all your dues before 26^th April 2018.  

A meeting will be held on coming Sunday i.e 15^th April 2018 to inform all the MC members about election process, and coordinate with them to clear their pending dues. A Notice regarding this will be sent to all MC members with a hard copy and they need to acknowledge the same.
