Very very poor Manjeera Supply

I live in Gautami Enclave, Kondapur. We got Manjeera connection in 2013. Since then we have been paying property tax and HMWSSB BILLS without any arrears. But we never got water supply regularly till today.

Last year HMWSSB opened a 2M litres reservoir opposite Heritage fresh, botanical garden road. We were hopeful that we would get good supply of water which never happened. 

We came to know from our family and friends living around the neighborhoods like Sriram Nagar, Masjid Banda that they are getting good supply of water after the new reservoir opened. So we are assuming that there should be some technical problem why we are not getting good supply. So kindly requesting you to address the issue ASAP. 

Our Society members have also drafted a letter which we shall be meeting in person and submitting to DGM, GM and any other representative as per the necessity.
