Dear All,

Please find the MOM's held on April 15th 2018.

The following things has been approved in MC meeting.

Discussion of Monthly Maintenance charges for GERWA and adjustment for the period of July 2016 to December 2017. (18 months period)

The members who have not paid Rs 200 during the period of July 2016 to December 2017, shall be allowed to pay RS 150 instead for such period and close the outstanding.

The members who had already paid RS 200 for the period of July 2016 to December 2017 shall be given benefit of RS 50 multiplied by 18 months(July 2016 to December 2017) in the coming months.

Hence this benefits is extended to all the members in GE.

Note: We are collecting Rs 200 per flat from Jan 1 2018.

- Important announcement regarding the monthly maintenace collections for GERWA.
- Clarification of election process and encourage residents to participate in it.

Request all MC members to join the meeting and strengthen GERWA.
