Fwd: {GERWA EC} EC representative for each Apartment

Dear All,

As you are all aware, one of the points discussed and agreed upon in our last month’s MC meeting held on 13^th May 2018 was that the responsibility of collection of Monthly maintenance from each apartment in Gautami Enclave will be distributed among the nine EC members. So as discussed in today's MC meeting, each EC member will have the responsibility of around 5-7 apartments.

The EC member assigned to each apartment will basically act as a liaison between the Executive committee and the MC members and will be the first point of contact in the EC for the MC members of the respective apartments. He/she will not only be responsible for coordinating collection of Monthly maintenance from apartments, but will also be responsible for interacting with the MC members on a regular basis to listen to their suggestions and concerns if any and bring it to the notice of the EC. Such suggestions or concerns, if valid will be discussed in the next MC meeting.

The main objective of this initiative is to ensure interaction with MC members of each and every apartment and work collectively towards our common goal of a Safe, Secure, Clean and Green Gautami Enclave.
