URGENT - Complaint to police about chirec school buses

Hello All. You would be aware of the chirec school buses issue. We want to give a complaint to police abt the same. The attached letter is self-explanatory. 

Request your urgent revert. we shall be submitting the letter today noon.

We might also want to add that when road was under repair and they requested us, we allowed them to ply through our colony.

Also, the road chirec is taking now is a 40 ftt/50 ft road which is an internal colony road. There is a main road of 100 ft which can be utilized by school with no issues.

As mentioned by Shesheer, we should include"Chirec took our permission to use the road for a few days but continued to use the road beyond this date causing a lot of risk and difficulty to residents of Gautami Enclave"

The rest of the letter seem to be OK.

Hello All, Just to update you, we have received a notice from Madhapur traffic police to remove the height barricade installed by us. This has come on a complaint from Chirec school against us. Notice is attached. 

Hello Jayanthi. Request your help to draft a reply. I am noting below the broad points that could be included in the notice:

1. The notice talks that we have installed the barricade on the main road - It is not a main road
   
2. It says it is at Chirec gate 6 - The barricade is inside Gautami enclave & not at Chirec gate. infact there is a 60-ft road between Chirec & Gautami Enclave
   
3. It talks about the barricade causing inconvenience to general public - The barricade only stops vehicles coming into Gautami Enclave. All residents of Gautami Enclave have been consulted & their approval taken before putting up the barricade. (attached)
   
4. Gautami Enclave faces severe flow of heavy vehicles - contruction trucks, water tankers, RCC trucks, etc that use the by-lanes of GE for their convenience. This poses severe risk of accidents to its residents. Trucks come in at night times at very high speeds thereby increasing the chances of accidents to residents. We recently had 2 close accidents involving senior citizens
   
5. Similar barricades have been notices across various places in the city. How come they have been allowed?
   
6. We would need 15 days to evaluate the entire situation. 

I think this letter should be very strongly worded. it should also be marked a copy to ZC-GHMC, Gachibowli Police Inspector, Tehsildar, MLA. Pls guide us.

Photos showing the relative location of the height barrier with reference to Gate 6, the common road between Chirec Wall and our buildings and the fact that the school buses caused a havec in our colony for several weeks though they took permission to drive through only for dropping children should be high lighted. The fact that GERWA is a federation which maintains all roads and takes care of security of all residents. The decision to put this barricade was taken in monthly meeting of the federation may be indicated.
