[Gfs-devel] Small bugfix for tag droplets functionality

Hi all,

I believe I have found a small bug in the tag_cell_fraction function used by gfs_domain_tag_droplets. At coarse->fine boundaries, there were instances where a finer cell could get tagged incorrectly if the value of the variable being tagged in it's parent cell was below the threshold. I've attached a patch which I think fixes this.
