Family Reunion

Hello Gerpheides!

We are so thrilled to be able to host our October 3, 2009 reunion
here at our ranch in southern California and be able to meet our long
lost relatives. It is truly amazing how many Gerpheides are right
here in the USA whom we didn't even know about. Thanks so much to
George Gerpheide who has put forth so much effort in tracking us down
and putting together our family tree and web site. Tons of work and
time involved in that.

I'll never forget the phone call that night while cooking in the
kitchen......the man said, "This is George Gerpheide, your long lost
cousin".....of whom I had no idea even existed. We talked for at
least an hour.

Now that we have decided on when and where our reunion will be,
we need suggestions and ideas regarding different things we can do
here. Some things we have already discussed are camping here at the
ranch for those interested, horse back riding, fishing in our pond, a
band, and cooking a pig in the underground oven. We will have the
rest of the food and bar catered so we all have time to get to know
each another.

on our member list, PLEASE let them know about this web site and our
reunion. We have relatives, Werner and Ulla coming from Germany!!!!
