Germantown Heights Annual Dues - now due for 2025

Hello Germantown Heights neighbors - 

Annual dues for 2025 of $75 are now due, and considered late after 4/1/2025.  These dues are mandatory, and used to support our Park and other HOA expenses.

This year, you have 3 different ways to pay!  

1. Drop your payment in my mailbox at 7551 Willey Rd.

2. Send it to me via Venmo: 

3. Mail it to our PO Box address.  Be on the lookout for a letter in your mailbox this week, with an envelope to mail in your payment.
