Subject: We've Got $500 for the Neighborhood That Raises the Most Lemonade Stand Money!

Hello Neighborhood Leaders,
Germantown Lemonade Stand Day is back - and it's more than just a sweet way to spend the day! Mark your calendars for June 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This citywide event gives young entrepreneurs the chance to set up their own lemonade stands, learn business skills and experience the joy of giving back. Participants will split their proceeds: half will support the Germantown Education Foundation (GEF), and the other half will be donated to a charity of their choice, such as St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Germantown Animal Shelter or another meaningful cause.
The day wraps up with the Big Squeeze Food Truck Festival at The Grove at GPAC at 6 p.m. We’ll celebrate with live music, tasty food and an awards ceremony recognizing Most Raised, Most Decorative Stand and Top Fundraising Neighborhood, along with a $500 grant for the winning neighborhood. Tickets are required for entry.
Whether your neighborhood hosts one collective stand or several stands throughout the area, this is an excellent opportunity for neighborhood engagement while raising money for good causes.
Registration is now open through May 24 - click
here. Registration includes a Lemonade Stand Day T-shirt, a yard sign and four complimentary tickets to the festival.
As always, please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks, everyone! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
Erinn
