Germantown Heights Annual Dues - now due for 2026

Germantown Heights neighbors -
Annual dues for 2026 of $75 are now due, and
considered late after 4/1/2026. These dues are mandatory, and used to
support our Park and other HOA expenses.
You have 3 different ways to pay!
1. Drop your payment in my mailbox at 7551 Willey Rd.
2. Send it to me via Venmo:
3. Mail it to our PO Box address. Be on the lookout for a letter in your mailbox next weekend, with an envelope to mail in your payment.

Be sure to mark your calendars for the GHHOA Annual Meeting on Sunday, March
29. We will meet in our neighborhood park at
1pm. We will also identify a backup
location in case the weather doesn’t cooperate. Hope to see you there!
This year, we are looking for a new HOA Treasurer to replace me, after 12 years on the Board. It’s a great way to get more involved in the HOA’s plans and meet your neighbors! It’s really important to have motivated people volunteer for our HOA Board, to continue supporting our Germantown Heights community, making it a safe and flourishing neighborhood for all 88 families who live here. Board positions are 1 year commitments, renewed by vote at our annual meeting. Please let me know if you’re willing to serve on the Board, in any position.
