We recognize that Friday customers have now missed two weeks of collection due to the Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday followed by inclement weather. Friday customers are encouraged to leave their carts at the curb. Waste Pro will work to collect Friday customers over the course of the week, as capacity and equipment allow.
If conditions allow and service resumes as planned on Tuesday:
Monday customers would be collected on Tuesday
Trash collection for all other customers would be delayed by one day for the remainder of the week, concluding with Friday route collection on Saturday
Only trash and recycling will be collected
Yard waste collection will not occur this week
When service resumes, all trash placed at the curb will be collected, including bagged trash set outside of carts. Given the uncertainty around conditions, there is no need to remove carts or trash from the curb until collection occurs.
All plans remain weather- and condition-dependent and may change based on safety assessments. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate residents’ patience as crews work to safely restore service.
