Germantown Heights Annual Dues - now due for 2024

Hello Germantown Heights neighbors - 

Annual dues for 2024 of $75 are now due, and considered late after 4/1/2024.  These dues are mandatory, and used to support our Park and other HOA expenses.

This year, you have 3 different ways to pay!  

1. Drop your payment in my mailbox at 7551 Willey Rd.

2. Send it to me via Venmo: 

3. Mail it to our PO Box address.  Be on the lookout for a letter in your mailbox this week, with an envelope to mail in your payment.

Hi Neighbors -

I have been dealing with a broken ankle, so if you could drop a check by my house (7551 Willey Rd), or send via Venmo, that would be great.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Easter weekend, and that you're enjoying this beautiful weather.  Our neighborhood park was mowed for the first time this week, so the park should be in great shape for an Easter Egg hunt or other festivities.
