What would you like to see Germantown Town Hall Function as?

I would like to see our community come together in the process of utilizing the civic space. I imagine business start ups on the first floor featuring local talent, and meeting space in the once Mayor Action Center with a cafe and wifi. Arts in the rotunda, maybe some apartment rentals on the third floor and all community access in the basement where all can enter the building. Looking into PhilaBucks, EqualDollars and Time4Time community service exchange programs for solutions outside the box!!

I think this is a great idea to have rental apartments and maybe a really good coffee shop and hang place on the first floor. I dont know how big the downstaris basements are but could be a great place for music? Artists need a place to gather and the classrooms are perfect for lectures from authors, composers, play writes etc. I can feel this really strongly....
