The Germantown Mutual Aid Fund came to a close in the Fall of 2021.
If you are looking for support with housing, money, or other basic needs below are some good resources in Germantown:
Face to Face - for housing counseling and other social services, they can help you connect to financial assistance
Germantown United CDC - for housing counseling, they can help you connect to financial assistance
Germantown Avenue Crisis Ministry - offers small one-time financial assistance for housing crisis
Outside of Germantown:
Catholic Social Services of Philadelphia - offers financial assistance for current or new housing
Congreso - offers housing counseling and financial assistance for current housing or new housing
Philadelphia Interfaith Hospitality Network - offers financial assistance, mostly for families
The assistance available through these programs may change. This list was updated on May 2, 2022.
