Liebe Freunde,
Ihr seid alle ganz herzlich zum Maifest morgen (Samstag) an unserer Schule, der Desert Sky Community School, eingeladen. Ich entschuldige mich sehr fuer die verspaetete Einladung.
Um 9 Uhr geht es los mit dem Blumenkronen basteln. Um 10 folgt dann ein Konzert (die Kinder spielen Geige, Floete, singen, usw.) und um 11 geht es mit dem tanzen um den Maibaum los.

This is regretfully totally overlapping with the AZ AATG Spring meeting, beginning tomorrow at 8:30, at the Learning Service Building, UA. I do not understand why there was no communication. We need to connect and collaborate. Erich, are you not member of our chapter?

I very much like the idea of collaborating on German-themed events in the future if that can be arranged and time permits, so I’ll forward this response to our wonderful German teacher. As you may know, German plays an important role in our school: twice a week German for all grades students, Fasching, German music at other festivals, etc. And a “German for parents” club just got started…
I am not a member of your chapter (at least not yet) since I don’t teach German (though I speak it, of course).
