My dogs health

Hi, my K9's name is ziska, she's a 7 months old GSD. I have noticed
that her vaginal area right in between her thighs has lost a bit of
hair and has started turning a rash like red. She's also consistently
licking at it which leads me to believe that it's irritating her. She
gives a little grunt/grumble when I try to clean it with a wet paper
towel. She also leaks some type of fluid out of her vagina that looks
like urine but doesn't have the same distinct odor as her urine would
normally. When she does urininate, the urine DOES smell regular(not
out of the ordinary). This started happening somewhat around the 3-5
weeks after being spayed. Could this something to do with the surgery
or could it be an infection/allergic reaction to something else? If u
have any knowledge of this please do inform me of what is wrong with
my dog. Vet. cost are rather high in my area so i hope some one will
have a clue as to what is bother her so much. I will eventually resort
to going to the vet if nothing can be concluded.
