Nick
I started up this group for Germah Shepherd enthusiasts and lovers, but
haven't gone too far yet (as you can well see). I guess this can be
considered my first "official" post that isn't part of the "testing
phase"!
Here's a little about me, and my dogs. I'm Nick, 23 years old,
married, with 3 dogs and a cat. "Foxy Lady" (aka Foxy) is my 2-year
old German Shepherd. "Sassy" and "Henry" is my wife's breeding pair of
Chihuahuas. "Zorro" is the black & white cat (currently sitting on my
lap).
Foxy comes from a direct decendant from Germany (3rd generation away, I
believe). Registered with the CKC as "Dracos". We got her at 6 weeks
from a kennel in Ontario (Canada) (if you want details, just ask!).
She's been through obedience classes and tracking classes, and has done
amazingly well with both. She's great with kids, cats, other dogs and
people in general. In the semi-near future, I can try to see if I can
send along a picture of us (and the Chihuahuas, too, for size
comparison).
That's about it for me for now.
Enjoy the group, and looking forward to hearing some great stories and
sharing what we've got to say about our beloved GSD's!

Shepherd. I do fostering and dog sitting, and have 2 schnauzers, a
boxer, a westie and a chihuahua staying at the present.

I live in San Jose Ca near a dog park. Lucky eh? My Lyja just passed
away but I still have her partner Shulky.
I live up on a hill that has some open land where I used to let shulky
and lyja run free.
I just made a cool little video file of Lyja roaming free on the hill.
