4How do I enter?
You may enter the Sweepstakes in the following two (2) ways (described in more detail below): (a) by completing an online survey OR (b) by entering online without completing the survey. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for each Monthly Sweepstakes regardless of method of entry; use of multiple email addresses prohibited.
(a) Online Survey Entries
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may visit the webpage located at and complete the online survey. Upon completion of the survey you will be given the option of entering the Sweepstakes by completing the online entry form. To complete the online entry form, provide all required information (your full name, daytime telephone number, and a valid e-mail address), and submit your entry according to the directions on the screen. By completing and submitting the form as described, you will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes that corresponds to the Monthly Sweepstakes Period in which your entry was received (see Rule 2).
(b) Online Entry (Without Survey)
During the Sweepstakes Period, you may also enter online by visiting the webpage located at =222. Follow the Sweepstakes link, complete your online entry form by providing all required information (your full name, daytime telephone number, and a valid e-mail address), and submit your entry according to the directions on the screen. By completing and submitting the form as described, you will receive one (1) entry into the Monthly Sweepstakes that corresponds to the Monthly Sweepstakes Period in which your entry was received (see Rule 2).
6. Prizes
At the outset of the Sweepstakes, there will be a total of twelve (12) Prizes available to be won. One (1) Prize will be available for each Monthly Sweepstakes. The Prize is a $250 CDN Sephora gift card (value $250 CDN).
Total value of all Prizes available during the Sweepstakes Period is $3,000 CDN. There is no limit on the number of Prizes that may be won by any one entrant during the Sweepstakes. Prizes are redeemable only at Sephora retail stores in Canada and online at the
sephora.com website and cannot be redeemed outside of Canada or through a catalog order. Prizes are subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the Sephora gift card, are non-refundable and non-transferable, cannot be combined with any other special offer or promotion and must be accepted as awarded. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash value or substituted, except that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute a prize with either the cash value of the prize, or a prize or prizes of equal or greater value. Applicable taxes (if any) and any other costs or expenses associated with the prizes or the use thereof not expressly stated as being part of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules which can be found at //
www.medallia.com/sweepstakes/sephoracanada/. All decisions of Sweepstakes Entities are final and binding and entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes Entities reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify any entrant they find to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or violating these Official Rules.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OR FAIR PLAY OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL, IF DISCOVERED, RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SWEEPSTAKES ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Visitors to the large-scale installation and community space can experience stunning art by local artist Avril Wu, connect with friends at a communal table, or park their bike and take a breath while they explore Toronto. To celebrate the launch of Beauty at The Bentway, Sephora Canada is collaborating with local businesses including Good Space and Studio Mooi, to host free Classes for Community inspired by the principles of Clean and Planet Aware at Sephora. Visitors can also discover new Clean and Planet Aware at Sephora favourites with multiple days of free sampling throughout the summer. The long-term installation and activations are all in honour of the retailer's commitment to making strides in the beauty industry and for community.
