Any ideas

I had to download itk and boost tars as they were not downloading uscing cmake but now get this error:

CMake Error at cpp/src/third-party/CGAL-4.2/src/CMakeLists.txt:81 (add_subdirectory):
  add_subdirectory given source
  "/home/petic/PreClin/gerardus/gerardus/cpp/src/third-party/CGAL-4.2/src/CGAL_ImageIO/CMakeLists.txt"
which is not an existing directory.

1) Why do you have a gerardus/gerardus directory? Try deleting everything in the build directory, and starting a clean cmake and build.

2) What's a typo? I can't see anything in your email that is similar to libpthread.

Hi

1] I don't think the file directory should cause a problem should it, it's just i made a gerardus dierctory for the gerardus installation then git pulled into it which also creates a gerardus.

2]  the error occurs and when i look in CMake error log it says link problem /usr/bin -ld lpthreads cannot find

I can build again tomorrow but this is already a clean build following my previous errors.  I've found references online and created a minimal working example when I include libthread.h I need to link when running with g++, but need to link with -L lpthread and it runs, linking with -L lpthreads doesn't hence the query of a typo error somewhere

I have pushed some fixes to master, with the new sourceforge URLs for ITK and Boost, and also forcing the correct version of g++/gcc.

I've started the build with Matlab2016b and gcc/g++ 4.9, and the build starts and I don't get the libpthread problem (my build finds it).

Try pulling the new version, and building from scratch.

Best regards,

Ramon.

PS. Also, for new stuff, would you mind opening a new issue in

I'm going to close down the mailing list, the issues list will be more practical.

Best regards,

Ramon.

sure I still get the same issue however even with the knew build, do you want me to log the problem elsewhere?

Yes, please, open an issue here

Can you also copy and paste the cmake output, from the beginning to where you get the error?
